Cvengrošová Viktória

After completing her studies at the School of Applied Arts in Bratislava, Viktória Cvenrošová graduated in 1965 from the Faculty of Architecture at SVŠT in Bratislava  under the guidance of a national artist prof. E. Belluš.  Later, she worked as a leading planner - a specialist in the Bratislava Project Office of Culture. In 1987 she won the ZSA Prize (for the collaboration with V. Droppa and M. Veselý), in 1983 the Prize of the Minister of Culture of the SSR. Viktória Cvengrošová and Virgil Droppa are the authors of the reconstruction of the former Tatra-Revue in the Hotel Tatra into the Theater Studio (today Studio L + S), which was realized in the years 1979-1982. Among the important realizations of the duo Cvengrošová - Droppa is also the project of the office building on Nedbalova street (today Nedbalka Gallery), which was awarded in 1995 Dušan Jurkovič Prize.
