Symmetrical, yet fairly large building has an entrance located at the spa park alley. It displays a simple monumentality typical of Szalatnai. The appearance of the building is characterized by a smooth surface of the facade and narrow French windows with metal railing. Composition culminates in the attic shaped like an architrave. Entry to this sanatorium is lined with a pair of terraces with a simple stone balustrade.
