Most of the examination rooms and the triage are located in the calmer, inwardly oriented section. The complex consists of two highrise buildings arranged on an L-shaped floor plan. The design applied a model of strict segregation of pedestrian and motorized traffic. The entrance is located in the lowrise two-storey podium with a terrace at the upper floor level. The spacious terrace with a pair of broad access stairs was sized to accommodate additional building of a children's clinic which has not been built to this date. Below the terrace are parking spaces and garages. The health centre has a well-arranged and operationally clean layout and a generous architectural presence typical of large-scale medical establishments of its period.
