This Purist villa stands on a side lot with a slight descent, in an older villa quarter not far from the town’s forest park. Attached to the main three-storey rectangular block is a garden wing one storey lower. The two main facades facing the street have a symmetrical design; the wide windows are shifted as close as possible to the edges. On the garden side, the upper floor has a terrace. Originally, the flat roof was also planned as a terrace, but the balustrades were later replaced with the solid masonry of the raised eaves.
