Mecková proposed a structured building with the dominant mass of a central congress room in the foreground initially for the secretariat of the KSS district committee. Appropriate, late-modern mass solution is enhanced by the terracotta tiling, which smoothly merges into the art relief (by Juraj Martha). Since 1990, the building has served as a school and later as an administrative building for several institutions, eventually for the municipality office.
