This group of five four-storey apartment blocks starts at the corner of ul. Kuzmányho and ul. Škultétyho. Each building consists of two sections; from the individual staircases, access is given to two two-room flats with kitchen and bath. The blocks have hipped roofs and smooth stucco in the facades, divided horizontally by slightly protruding two-storey bays. The corners of the blocks are accentuated by the segmented forms of the loggias, with four groups of oval columns in the second and third floors. Two of the entrances are inside the bays, the other two are set off by simple portals.
