Architect Jozef Bebjak composed the entryway structure to the Domica Cave by means of a system of gradually closing frames leading the visitor to the entry point to the underground. The cave is situated in a karst area near the Slovak-Hungarian border and its recessed entry was regularly flooded with waters from the surrounding karst plains. The entrance building is composed on a fan-like assembly of frame structures, complemented by the lower circular part.
